Insperity Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Insperity, Inc., previously known as Administaff, Inc., is a professional employer organization headquartered in Kingwood, an area of Houston, Texas. Insperity provides human resources and administrative services to small and medium-sized businesses. Since 2004, the company has been title sponsor of a professional golf tournament on the Champions Tour, previously known as the Administaff Small Business Classic.
John, a letdown customer shares his experience, "This benefits company is very poor in resolving customer issues. I enrolled in an HSA via their enrollment process only to learn later that they enrolled me in an FSA and HSA. After several communications, written and verbal, I was ignored and the issue has never been resolved. Insperity claims and stated to me that out of the thousands of clients they do business with, I am the single and only client to have had this issue. They refuse to present a reasonable resolution so my funds in the FSA will go unused. why do I feel like I was just held up and robbed? I was wrongly enrolled in an FSA and the funds will go unused. Well, maybe Insperity will use them. I will lose all of my funds."

HR and Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) says"I would NOT recommend Insperity in Brea to anyone, first during your interview ASK for all your duties. They will make you work for ten people and bosses are rude. Be aware. I was happy to leave on my own after been treated as sh-t, even thou I was a best employee at all my previous companies, I have 10 stars performance reviews at all my jobs, but this one company was a disaster. Even if I made a lot of friends over there they were scared to say anything when my boss was rude, yelled at me and was unprofessional with no reason, I complained to their TX headquarters, but they don’t do anything. Terrible treatment for a good honest hardworking employees. If you know how to kiss rude bosses a.. go for it!"
Sales Representative (Former Employee) says"Pure dog eat dog world. Unreal expectations and no defined territories led to a ugly sales environment where all the survivors had all the business and where it is near impossible to succeed ,"
Product Analyst (Former Employee) says"As a person of color I know what racism feels like after working here feels like 1950s Mississippi for a person of color stay away from this place period truly evil place they say they encourage diversity look at the board of directors and tell me how much diversity is there."
Performance Consultant (Former Employee) says"Other departments were supposedly good, mine was terrible. Poorly organized and no guidance as a new employee. Manager showed extreme favoritism toward people of her own race. Director was a robotic phony.NoneKingwood"
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) says"The place sucked and the people sucked. The management were not friendly and would smoke weed in the back room while they forced us to work an 8 hour shift with no breaks or lunch during the day"
nurse (Former Employee) says"Worst management you could think of, which breeds a horrible work enviroment. No raises, you might get a raise if you brown nose enough. Only thing this company cares about is how much upper management and doctors make, at any cost. They do not appretiate their employees at all, unless your up someones you know what. Its a jobworst company ever worked for"
Network control spevialtis (Former Employee) says"I worked in flash global logistics in nj. They are horrible. They have clicks and if they don't like you they will bully you. Hey have have nothing but troublemakers there.insperity does not care. IFree sodaHealth insurance too high"
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says"I worked in one department at Insperity for nine years so my experience does not reflect on the entire company. The department that I worked in was very rigid with work hours and schedule. Management had almost a bully mentality. How you were treated and the opportunities given were definitely based on who you were friends with. Men were definitely treated differently than women in the way of advanced positions and titles and with that I’m assuming more compensation as well.Very good Health insurance with low deductiblesHow you are treated depends on who you are friends with."
Business Performance Advisor (Current Employee) says"This is the worst sales role I have ever had. They have no set territories, No Marketing Campaigns,Horrible management. Their pricing model is super expensive compared to the competition like ADP or Trinet. You need your own account list and connections for any chance of success."
CMA (Former Employee) says"This is th worst place to work. Upper Managment hires Area Managers with no experiece( Kelly Boyd, she is full of drama) the pay is extremely low for the work load they want you to do. The office is always under staffed because people quit afer they realize the horrible working enivroment. The office is still using pape charts is which is one of the biggest problems. No one has gotten a raise in 7 years and upper management states it is because the company is not making money, which is a joke when you have doctors and 1 area manager getting bonus. Which is based on the hard work of the employee not there ( area manager). So please be smart and run don't walk if you have made the mistake of applying for a job with this company! Managment wants you to fit 10 hours of work into 8 hours. Some employees even clock out and continue to work because overtime is not allowed even though your clinic maybe understaff. I haved NEVER work for any company like this it needs to be shut down and reopen with people who know what they are doing.going home after 8 hoursNo breaks, no raises, horrible management"

Associate Technical Support Specialist (Former Employee) says"This is not a diverse work place, you have to deal with a lot of politics and there is poor development in majority of the software sold.Good benefits and work schedule.Poor culture and poor management."
PS (Former Employee) says"I wouldn't recommend to work under poor Payroll management. Terrible experience, no help when complained to their main office in TX. They DO NOT care about their employees. Also their Friday's company's meetings are waste of time. No any companies are doing this Friday's meeting, it delays all PS work. Friday's meeting can be once in 2-3 months. Happy I left. My manager was abusive and mean."
Senior Helpdesk Specialist (Former Employee) says"Not enough time wa a given to grasp training materials Unrealistic expectations undeserving pressure and team manipulate by Manager. Marketing (Former Employee) says"The executives drive every aspect of the business, even those that don't represent their areas of expertise. Never stayed one minute past 5 p.m.Compensation is not competitive, very little growth potential if you're in any area other than sales."
IT (Former Employee) says"Hiring manager has to like the person and willing to give credit to him, should not tell his mistakes, if you say so he labels as no soft skills. Culture doesnt suit everyone"
Business Performance Advisor (Former Employee) says"Excellent pay and compensation package. Poor go to market strategy for Ohio. Very high pressure atmosphere. They provide a valuable service but only to a very small market segment at their price."
HR Specialist (Former Employee) says"The benefits and co-workers are great. However, the management team truly believes they are superior to everyone else. That is why they pay so low. They know people will work there because they are they are a top rated employer and they won’t have to pay for experience. Either you do things management’s way or you will be marked for the remainder of your career there.benefitsmangement"
Mark says"PTO system errors. Submit a PTO request. When you look at your PTO requests, none are listed, no problem maybe it did not go through, just process another request. They let you take 16hrs of PTO for one day, probably would allow you to take 80 hours for one day. One report shows you have taken 0 hours of PTO, if you look at your estimated PTO, it shows PTO use. I alerted them to the errors, THEY DO NOT CARE. ****************************************** UPDATE: I am happy to say that TriNet did reach out to try and resolve my prior issue, the problem is that they told me the problem was my fault even though they had screenshots showing the TriNet system errors. Add to this, when I use the TriNet website to look at my projected PTO balance next month, the TriNet system shows that I will earn a whopping 1.54 hours during the next month when I actually will earn 10hrs. If accuracy in benefits accounting is important, you have better options."
Pedro García says"We have been a customer of TriNet for 3 years and rarely need help, but every time we need it the staff at TriNet is clumsy and it frequently goes wrong. A recent termination went awry and costs us over $5k, a recent bonus payment was mishandled and everyone at the company had their paycheck delayed. Open benefits selection is a disaster -- just poorly designed and unhelpful. We are actively looking for a different provider...."
Megan Boyd says"Horrible experience. They are a horrible company and have awful customer service. They are extremely unethical. Go elsewhere!"
Tyler Laurie says"Their website won't let you recent password effectively. It says wrong number even though it is clearly the right number. They are incredibly hard to get in contact with and function SUPER slow."
