Insperity, Inc., previously known as Administaff, Inc., is a professional employer organization headquartered in Kingwood, an area of Houston, Texas. Insperity provides human resources and administrative services to small and medium-sized businesses. Since 2004, the company has been title sponsor of a professional golf tournament on the Champions Tour, previously known as the Administaff Small Business Classic.

John, a letdown customer shares his experience, "This benefits company is very poor in resolving customer issues. I enrolled in an HSA via their enrollment process only to learn later that they enrolled me in an FSA and HSA. After several communications, written and verbal, I was ignored and the issue has never been resolved. Insperity claims and stated to me that out of the thousands of clients they do business with, I am the single and only client to have had this issue. They refuse to present a reasonable resolution so my funds in the FSA will go unused. why do I feel like I was just held up and robbed? I was wrongly enrolled in an FSA and the funds will go unused. Well, maybe Insperity will use them. I will lose all of my funds."

"I would NOT recommend Insperity in Brea to anyone, first during your interview ASK for all your duties. They will make you work for ten people and bosses are rude. Be aware. I was happy to leave on my own after been treated as sh-t, even thou I was a best employee at all my previous companies, I have 10 stars performance reviews at all my jobs, but this one company was a disaster. Even if I made a lot of friends over there they were scared to say anything when my boss was rude, yelled at me and was unprofessional with no reason, I complained to their TX headquarters, but they don’t do anything. Terrible treatment for a good honest hardworking employees. If you know how to kiss rude bosses a.. go for it!"

Management had almost a bully mentality. How you were treated and the opportunities given were definitely based on who you were friends with. "This is th worst place to work. Upper Managment hires Area Managers with no experiece( Kelly Boyd, she is full of drama) the pay is extremely low for the work load they want you to do. The office is always under staffed because people quit afer they realize the horrible working enivroment. The office is still using pape charts is which is one of the biggest problems. No one has gotten a raise in 7 years and upper management states it is because the company is not making money, which is a joke when you have doctors and 1 area manager getting bonus. Which is based on the hard work of the employee not there ( area manager). So please be smart and run don't walk if you have made the mistake of applying for a job with this company! Managment wants you to fit 10 hours of work into 8 hours. Some employees even clock out and continue to work because overtime is not allowed even though your clinic maybe understaff. I haved NEVER work for any company like this it needs to be shut down and reopen with people who know what they are doing.going home after 8 hoursNo breaks, no raises, horrible management"

"PTO system errors. Submit a PTO request. When you look at your PTO requests, none are listed, no problem maybe it did not go through, just process another request. They let you take 16hrs of PTO for one day, probably would allow you to take 80 hours for one day. One report shows you have taken 0 hours of PTO, if you look at your estimated PTO, it shows PTO use. I alerted them to the errors, THEY DO NOT CARE. ****************************************** UPDATE: I am happy to say that TriNet did reach out to try and resolve my prior issue, the problem is that they told me the problem was my fault even though they had screenshots showing the TriNet system errors. Add to this, when I use the TriNet website to look at my projected PTO balance next month, the TriNet system shows that I will earn a whopping 1.54 hours during the next month when I actually will earn 10hrs. If accuracy in benefits accounting is important, you have better options."

"We have been a customer of TriNet for 3 years and rarely need help, but every time we need it the staff at TriNet is clumsy and it frequently goes wrong. A recent termination went awry and costs us over $5k, a recent bonus payment was mishandled and everyone at the company had their paycheck delayed. Open benefits selection is a disaster -- just poorly designed and unhelpful. We are actively looking for a different provider...."
